Over the past 10 years, Sculpere has evolved into a systematic sequence of daily classes. The workouts intentionally cycle through varying levels of intensity and serenity to accommodate the fluctuations of our physical and mental energy, as we navigate through the rhythms of our modern society. It’s a system that delivers long lasting, balanced results in both body and mind.

  • Calling all beginner yogis and athletes returning to their practice after a hiatus. Polish your body from the inside out and increase strength and flexibility with gentle yet effective flows, detoxifying stretches and deep breathing. This is all about bringing balance to your mind, body and spirit.

  • If you've become familiar with the poses, breath and pace of gentle yoga, we suggest moving on to Vinyasa and Pilates to energize your body, get your heart pumping and work up a sweat. Open your body to its maximum potential while you detox stretch and sculpt.

  • The perfect compliment to your spiritual journey through the yoga landscape, these classes pack a calorie-burning punch and send members well on their way to a long and strong physique. Experience a full body workout with a deep concentration on the abdominals, glutes and thighs.

  • You've done the work, and now you're ready to dance! Challenge your stamina and coordination in our most advanced classes. They’re so much fun you'll forget you're working out, but the sculpted results will tell you otherwise. Learn fundamental yoga poses and simple ballet sequences, which are the foundation for all classes at Sculpere. No prior dance knowledge required!

The warm environment our instructors bring to the studio are complemented by original hardwood floors, beautiful exposed brick, and soft natural lighting. Soothing aromatherapy and rotating soundtracks provide an intimate setting in our quaint studio.
